San Carlos City celebrates 19th Pintaflores Festival

Every November 5th, the City of San Carlos, some 145 kilometers northeast of Bacolod City Philippines celebrates the annual Pintaflores Festival. The festival coincides with the celebration of the city’s patron saint, San Carlos Borromeo.
